The terms on which rooms at Áneme are booked and stayed in.

Booking

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us or from the booking engine. Rates, availability and the conditions attached to each rate are shown at the moment of booking.

Payment and cancellation

Deposit, balance and cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are set out in full before you confirm. Please read them; they form part of the agreement between us.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Tell us your travel times and we will help where we can.

Occupancy

Each room has a maximum occupancy shown on its page. Rooms may not be occupied by more people than that number.

The building

Please treat the rooms and the building with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary use. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and we are not able to accommodate pets.

Belongings

Every room has a safe. We cannot accept responsibility for valuables left outside it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Kos have jurisdiction.
