Who we are
Áneme is a nine-room boutique hotel at Mastichari, Kos 85302, Greece. If you have any question about your information, write to us at the address above.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address, telephone number and whatever you write in the message field, plus the dates of a stay you are asking about. We do not buy data and we do not build profiles.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to arrange your stay, and to keep the record of a booking for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
Bookings
No booking engine is connected to this site yet. When one is, reservations will be taken through it under its own privacy terms, and payment details will be entered there and never here. This page will name it before that happens.
Who else sees it
Nobody, beyond the services that make the hotel work: our email provider and the form service that delivers your message. Neither uses your information for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within two years. Booking records are kept for the period the law sets.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
